From first sketch to opening morning
Five stages and one point of contact, from the first sketch to the opening morning.
The brief
Space size, show dates, objectives and what has to happen on the stand. One call or a WhatsApp is enough to start.
The design
A 3D concept, plans and material samples within five working days, revised with you until the design and the budget agree.
The build
Fabrication follows our drawings, with the workshops we work with regularly, and every element is checked before delivery.
The install
Delivered and installed before the organiser deadline, with the venue paperwork already approved and one of us on site.
The show, and after
We stay on site through the show for any changes, dismantle after close, and store the structure if you will use it again.
Questions we are asked most
How early should we contact you before an exhibition?
Ideally four to six weeks before the show. That leaves time for the brief, 3D concept, your approvals, venue paperwork and fabrication. Shorter timelines are possible for modular stands and smaller builds, so ask.
What does a stand cost in Dubai?
It depends on size, structure, finishes and extras such as screens, furniture and double-deck levels. Send us your space size and event dates and we will quote the design and the build separately, so you can see where the money goes.
Do you handle installation and dismantling?
Yes. We manage delivery, installation before the hall opens and dismantling after the show closes, with crews we work with regularly, and one of us is on site throughout.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver stands across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we have also delivered exhibition stands in Saudi Arabia.
What is included in a custom stand quote?
Concept and 3D visuals, structural drawings where required, fabrication, graphics and printing, lighting, furniture and AV where requested, transport, installation, on-site support during the show and dismantling.
Can you work with venue regulations?
Yes. We handle the stand drawings and approvals that venues such as Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and ADNEC require, including structural checks for two-storey stands.
Do you build mall kiosks as well as exhibition stands?
Yes. Retail kiosks and display units are designed the same way, with the mall approvals handled, and installed overnight when the mall is closed.
